Public Benefit Purposes
1. The association exclusively and directly pursues public benefit purposes in the sense of the Chapter "Tax-privileged purposes" of the German Fiscal Code (Section 51 et seq. of the German Fiscal Code [Abgabenordnung, AO]).
2. The association pursues altruistic activities that do not primarily serve the association's own economic purposes.
3. Funds of the association may only be used for the purposes set out in the statutes. Members do not receive allocations from the funds of the association. On termination of their membership or on dissolution or liquidation of the association, members do not receive any form of compensation.
4. The association may not provide a benefit for any person by means of expenditure unrelated to the purpose of the association or disproportionately high remuneration.
The association Kilimanjaro Doctors e.V. supports aid for the region Kampala and neighboring regions in Uganda. Compliance with generally accepted standards for charitable work is a given for us.
